Help Yourself First: Embracing the Power of Saying No!

 

Life has made me so quiet; all I ever want to do is listen. This takes me back to when I was a little girl, never bored when there was nothing to do because silence was cool. I would listen and have these profound inquiries with God / Universe about the sound of silence and how there’s no such thing as silence. How can that be, especially when meditation was so important for me to achieve at such a young age? I was built to sage. Innately, we know our true space and place; we just get knocked down here on earth, merging with gravity which is always outside of ourselves.

Meanwhile, all of earth, no matter how outside it may appear, is happening within—inside myself. This is where life appears to be happening outside of myself - meanwhile that’s the illusion because all thee world and life I know to be is happening within myself first and foremost. So All that giving and giving I have gave & still give —the energy, frequency, and vibration that is all of  myself constantly giving itself  away has received many wake up calls & so here we are. Expression is my garment worn of lace. No wonder I have exhausted myself & shy away from being so see through. It’s in these humbling spaces that are still moments when I remember to listen.

There’s nothing wrong with being helpful; the problem comes when you over-give at the expense of your own personal and professional well-being. It’s time to give yourself permission to say “no.” Remember, you cannot pour from an empty cup. Your value is inherent and must be honored first and foremost.

Wisdom from the Heart:

You know, there’s this thing about giving—it feels good, right? But when you give so much that you forget about your own needs, that’s when it gets tricky. It’s like, how can you pour from an empty cup? You’ve got to fill up your own cup first, and that’s the thing—your cup is overfloweth, and here you are just giving it all away and forgetting to extend that same love to yourself. Stand in your value, recognize your worth. It’s okay to say “no” sometimes, without explanation too, because you are free to choose healthy and wise for yourself. You need not explain, especially to unreasonable folk who seem to only exist to make life complicated. See them for who they are and set the tone right for yourself. It’s a vibe check thing, know what I mean, jellybeans?

Humorous & Toxic in Love

Who doesn’t want to be love, cherished & adored ? That’s the funny thing about knowing what you want versus knowing what you don’t want. Sometimes, we meet people and connect with them, and sometimes people mistake friendly vibes for an invitation to instantly hook up and really share bodily secretions. This rush often blinds us to the red flags screaming right in front of us. But oh, how persistent we sometimes find ourselves, desiring the red flag standing there, glowing in all its warning.

Most times, this is the test—to see if we’ve got what it takes to activate wisdom through discernment. How hard is it to become someone’s friend first and really see if you can stand one another from this space of place? Because without friendship, what do we have when the lust simmers down?

Years of celibacy and abstinence may appear lonely, but it’s about learning how to be with yourself in case that’s all you have one day. What you learn is that you don’t have to be alone, but at least when you are, you should be healthy.

I feel this yearning from the collective at its utmost high. This need to be received overpowers the right to be set free, and then lost we become in an earth that sometimes is fun but often it can be an ordeal. To locate the inception of this disorder would require us all to crawl back in time and see where this dysfunctional bloodbath of existence first birthed itself into our world—requiring true diligence in our research because it wasn’t always this way. But does it really matter its origins? Do we need to know where it started, or do we just need to identify it for ourselves and do something about it?

It can seem that we weren’t always participating in the brainwash as much as we do now. People blame this on technology—but I find technology to be spectacular, though it does have its downsides. But that’s true of everything in life: we have ups and downs, and in between, we figure it all out. Or maybe nothing is true and true both at the same time. Maybe we always participated in the brainwash, and this is what it has grown to be. Maybe it’s everything tied into the nothing that brings us to this point in time where this is all there is. Maybe 🤔 maybe not.

Anyways, what was I saying? This skit is pretty funny, and I love that I have the dark humor to satisfy this wicked craving called entertainment.

I must admit from this skit, I don’t want toxic love at all. I don’t want to be toxic nor deal with toxic in any way. I would only hope the same for everyone else.

If there is one thing that is true, I believe within us all is the desire and hope to love and be loved in return to overfloweth infinite measure.

The Innergy of Feels

Throw every word into the pile,

That would be me,

A tapestry woven from everything I am and am not,

From all the things I desire to be and could never be,

And yet, still I am.

I never asked to be a fighter,

But life threw me in the pit,

And so that’s what I did.

But here in the midst of everything,

I won the fight by learning not to fight anymore,

Because it doesn’t solve a thing.

The strength it takes to continue,

In a world that feels the most foreign to me,

Set free to unleash under a hierarchy of treachery,

Masked with deceit, figuring things out,

Learning to speak every language I must,

To innerstand the mysteries and intricacies,

And yet, I am more than these lands.

A vessel stranded in the abyss,

Navigating the vast unknown,

Seeking a sweet, savory kiss,

That leads to bliss, a fleeting touch of home.

I am a mosaic of contradictions,

A dreamer in a realm of harsh realities,

A warrior fighting battles unseen,

With a heart yearning for peace and serenity.

To truly see myself as thyself,

I must surrender to the vulnerability,

Strip down bare and naked,

To embrace all forms that defy logic,

Yet intertwine to feel sane.

The essence of my being,

Oracle of Wisdom: The Secret Keeper

MYSTERY

“She carefully folds the paper, with great care and as much precision as she can give to the art. She dangles them on a string, lightly moving her fingers around in a small dance. Only she knows the secret wishes written in them, filled with words of thought and secrets. Someday, though, she may share the contents of her heart hidden within. But for now, only she knows.”

Life has taught me a valuable lesson: sometimes, it’s best to keep our joys and loves to ourselves. No matter how much we want to share, there are moments when we need to handle our dreams and desires with tender loving care. It’s rough out there in this realm of perceived 3D reality. The factual reality is, we learn stubbornly that sometimes other people are not energetically equipped to be genuine in their celebrations of our successes, triumphs, desires, and dreams.

So, what do we do? We hold them close to our hearts. We sit in our power, fueled by the empowering knowledge that others can’t ruin what they don’t know. It’s not about mistrust; it’s about safeguarding our energy and nurturing our dreams until they are strong enough to stand on their own.

In this dance of life, we learn to be our own best guardians. We fold our wishes carefully, just like the paper on the string, knowing that each one is a piece of our soul. We allow ourselves to feel the excitement and the passion of our dreams privately, cultivating them in a space where they are safe and cherished.

That's the purpose of our entire humane existence: to align with our truest purpose, always understanding that this discovery is constant and evolutionary. Within this journey, there will be many shifts, experiences, and quantum transformations. It’s not that you didn’t know this side of your expression well—it’s just that you hadn’t put in the effort required to realize it yet. Allowing something to develop naturally over time exemplifies divine right timing. Embracing this level of awareness for your cosmic innerstanding, understanding, and overstanding is essential to growth. It’s not this or that; it’s all of that and then some. Everything is interconnected, the same way that everything is interdimensional and profound.

Depression exists due to the lack of divine expression in our lives. Depression occurs when we do not express ourselves to our fullest capacity, especially when we are equipped to do so. It’s like having the sound but, for whatever reason, it won’t come out. Whenever we are ready and able to express ourselves and then do not, we only hurt ourselves, causing the greatest depression to take residence within our resonance. This will be evident in our energy, frequency, and vibration. Our human design requires intentional effort from ourselves in order to actualize our entire expression. We can begin to actualize our expressions when we realize them and then intentionally put forth effort into our own fulcrum design, activating every potential within our being that is sparkling and circuiting its fire squad into our action potentials expressed through our unique vessel. This type of quantum energy builds the momentum designed for us when we choose to be intentional and put in the absolute effort required to turn imaginary ectoplasm into reality. Do you see?

What you feel and think does matter, and this should matter to you on the deepest level of your soul.

How we feel should matter to us, especially when it comes to what we desire to express. We have to process and understand our own quantum expression, and until we do, we won’t fulfill that purpose within ourselves. Once you innerstand/understand the dynamics of yourself and what you came to do, then the expression will be externalized and brought to life. This is when others will see because you see. When you can make others understand what you came here to do, it will be because your expression shows it, removing all doubt from your path due to it being fully expressed. The more you dull your divine expression, the less joyful you will be, and the more distant you become from your truest self.

Let’s travel back in time and go back to childhood, no matter what type of childhood it was. Your connection with yourself was the closest it ever was before life got in the way. It was in our childlike vessel where we began nurturing our house or learning to tune it out. And for so many, life begins to happen, and everyone is spending more time outside than they are spending inside.

Come sit with me here on my childhood stoop of steps. This is one location I can always easily tap in, turn on, and tune into for myself. The most connected sense of self that I have, I spent a lot of my childhood existence sitting on a stoop, sitting with myself, and without realizing it, getting to know myself most truly. So find your stoop, whoever you may be, and sit with thee. Embrace the stillness, the introspection, and the profound depths of your psyche, for it is in these moments that you will find the essence of your being and the divine expression that yearns to be realized.

When you align with your truest self, you ignite the fire of your soul’s purpose, transforming your reality into a masterpiece of divine expression.

Defining My Own Narratives

I refuse to be defined by someone else’s narrative of whom they think I should be. I am everything I evolve myself to be. I am not here to fit your narrative. I allow myself thee divine grace to grow and to discover myself in ways that transcend the need for external validation or explanations. I advise you all to do thee same. Life is a process of progress &  I am immensely proud of how much I have grown into thee most authentic version of myself that I embrace every day. This is me. I am not thee same person I was yesterday, nor will I ever be that person again, yet she is an integral part of my infinite being.

I am not merely thee atom that meets the molecule; I am thee essence and the fragrance. I am the translucency of my vibrancy. I am not here to dictate how others should live or be. I release the need or desire to motivate and inspire others, realizing that I cannot be those things if I am not those things for myself. Here I stand, embracing everything I am not within everything I am. By thee grace of God, I have emerged from my cocoon, having battled every demon I faced, knowing that beyond thee surface lies another dimension in this multidimensional universe. We are the YOUNIVERSE, and we must get to know the “you” in the “me” verse first.

I will not sacrifice myself to appease or please those whom are vibrationally mismatched with me. I release. I forgive. I love. I cherish and treasure. I surrender to this infinite journey that is evolutionary at best, even when tested.
