We all got this killer inner dialogue that WE must take constant Action in remaining fully  AWARE & CONSCIOUS of all that we say, do and FEEL in order to MAINTAIN a HEALTHY state of homeostasis

Heart 

& Soul 

let's also not forget the fact that I absolutely annoy and intrigue myself 

always constantly trying to remain self frustrated

but all the while absolutely annoying to myself

People ask me all the time - how can I be so happy 

ALL of thee time 

Always vibrating HIGH - people constantly NOTICE

the answer is simple

My own AWARENESS of internally ME is the beacon of LIGHT that EMPOWERS me in CONSCIOUS AWARENESS to PUT into PRACTICE by minding my own thoughts, words, actions & FEELINGS and exuding ONLY that is in FULL ALIGNMENT with me - checking myself CONSTANTLY - (( never said it would be easy)) 

 but after a while 

this PRACTICE becomes BREEZY 

and before I knew it 

this PRACTICE therefore became my Ultimate REALITY 

does not mean rollercoaster rides of life do not come 

I will never succumb to such poorly rated unconscious levels of thinking

blinking

breathing nor speaking into my worldly existence 

ever never again 

it is important to LIVE & LEARN 

but we must never forget to the APPLICATION part 

it's not about ego driven attacks on one another 

pointing the fingers every which way

point that shit right back at yourself

The Word Wants to be Written Free Write

stumbling upon
moving forward
trapping myself within my own conditioning
a flicker of
LIGHT 
is found
the word wants to be written
she proclaimed
out loud
Silencing the sounds of the beatings

these last two weeks I have tortured myself internally with making all these meetings

self imposed of course

at least when it all boils down to the last drop

You know being everything and most definitely undefinable - due to the fact of our constant state of evolution / growth / change / there is even growth in stagnation -
one is most capable of growing in their blockages/stagnation
so the fact that we remain to be undefinable - due to our infinite POTENTIALS to be anything and everything we desire to be at any chosen moment makes us undeniably
 quite extraOrdinary

sweet & juicy
nutritious and delicious

we all most certainly can be

Jupiter

I am that shooting star
