Release your hold on your foot and bring both hands together clasped in prayer pose / namaste hands lol and press your hands together firmly to assist you with finding your balance. As you focus and work on balancing  yourself breathe in deeply ... And once you feel you are nice and steady begin to raise your hands straight up to the sky while keeping your eye on your focus prize .. Your Fingers pointing up to the heavenly skies ... You got this .. Silencing of your mind .. Focus & concentration .. Breathe Into each and every one of your spaces. Self control is yours for the taking. With balance there is no shaking your core.
