Indian Proverb ~ a House with 4 rooms

There is an #Indian #proverb or #axiom that says that #everyone is a house with #four rooms, a #physical, a #mental, an #emotional, and a #spiritual. Most of us tend to live in one room most of the time but, unless we go into every room every day, even if only to keep it aired, we are not a complete person.

I use this visual to understand the profound impact of my words. I like to pop bubbles too in this act of visualization I am able to blend my unseen world with my seen world. It is a constant practice of visualization and understanding the effects of energy all around us. It is wise to watch our words for our thoughts become things especially when spoken out into existence. Our conditioning of understanding that we hear with our ears and pick up auditory sound and as we externally hear we internally process the things we hear and that too goes for the things that we say. We process and internalize this information and allow for these things to root / marinate in our subconscious.
