EVERYTHING IS ENERGY

Everything is #energy even the thoughts you speak into existence carry in it their own life bubble force. I like to imagine that as I speak clear word bubbles form all around me. I use this visual to understand the profound impact of my words. I like to pop bubbles too in this act of visualization I am able to blend my unseen world with my seen world. It is a constant practice of visualization and understanding the effects of energy all around us. It is wise to watch our words for our thoughts become things especially when spoken out into existence. Our conditioning of understanding that we hear with our ears and pick up auditory sound and as we externally hear we internally process the things we hear and that too goes for the things that we say. We process and internalize this information and allow for these things to root / marinate in our subconscious. So let's live in a world where we are most conscious of the energy we send out especially when we are affected by everything we create for ENERGY is in everything especially in YOU for we are All ENERGETIC living Breathing beings creating and manifesting our worlds with our thoughts / words / actions and feelings. #Be #Mindful #Higher #consciousness #3rdEyeSuperShine #LightWork
