Our TREE of BALANCE although physically simple it is mentally highly demanding for this pose requires complete FOCUS & CONCENTRATION. Here is a wonderful practice for those of you wishing to SILENCE your mind seeking peace & serenity flowing inside. Do you wish to silence your inner dialogue / chaos / babbles ?? Release your hold on your foot and bring both hands together clasped in prayer pose / namaste hands lol and press your hands together firmly to assist you with finding your balance. As you focus and work on balancing  yourself breathe in deeply ... And once you feel you are nice and steady begin to raise your hands straight up to the sky while keeping your eye on your focus prize .. Your Fingers pointing up to the heavenly skies ... I just want to say that I am HAPPY for Social Media and all of its wonderful BENEFITS of CONNECTING with other like minded hearts and souls around this Earthly Domain that we inhabit and share...
