It all started when I was a little girl. I would wake up from dreamland, go downstairs to my grandmother’s kitchen, and whip up some type of remedy that came from the ethers. Little did I know at that time how wonderful these gifts would turn out to be.
Fast-forward to today, and the joy I find in crafting remedies is stronger than ever. Inspired by the athletes I work with—people who push their bodies to the edge and back again—I felt called to create something that would soothe their sore muscles, ease inflammation &promote overall recovery. It makes me so happy to channel this creative energy into something purposeful.
This balm is a labor of love, blending nature’s most powerful gifts into a magical, healing ointment. It’s packed with soothing, circulation-boosting & anti-inflammatory ingredients that are perfect for athletes, weekend warriors, or anyone seeking relief from pain or tension.

• Stir in a generous spoonful of Manuka honey, a pinch of black lava salt, and a sprinkle of bee pollen. Mix thoroughly to harmonize the ingredients.
6. Let It Rest:
• Bring the mixture to a light boil, then turn off the heat and let it sit for about an hour to marinate and fully combine.
7. Transfer and Store:
• Pour the final blend into sterilized glass jars or tins. Allow it to cool and solidify at room temperature.

• Store in a cool, dark place, such as a cupboard or drawer.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight or extreme heat.
