I’m sitting here listening to thee birds chirping, trying to identify a new bird call I hadn’t heard before. But as soon as I hit record, the bird decides to stay anonymous. Instead, my good old friend thee chatty cardinal is here & my neighbor’s dog joins in with a bark saying HeLLO 🐕 seems like everyone wants a bit of recognition in life 🤍
It’s interesting how we all seem to desire being identified in some way, but this new bird is clearly content to remain a total mystery.

Right now, I’m birdwatching, spending time in nature & taking in all thee sounds of wildlife. From the birds to the barking dogs, every sound reminds me how alive everything is. This is one of my many favorite ways to pass time … nature always has something new to offer.
