Sometimes, we really have to just push back against that voice in our heads telling us, “Just five more minutes,” or convincing us to skip out on things we actually want to do. It’s about telling that little voice of doubt & laziness to take a back seat, getting up & just doing what needs to be done to get where we want to be—even when we’re feeling wiped out. It’s not always about some grand battle with our inner selves - sometimes it’s as simple as getting out of bed when we don’t feel like it, or sticking to our goals even when giving up seems easier. It’s in those small moments of pushing through thee tiredness & all of the excuses that we find ourselves making real progress toward what we really want. #WeCanDoIt #YouCanDoit #BelieveReceiveAchieve
Ps: remember it’s so much easier to not do that something that should be done ! Love yourself enough to break every bad habit of not doing what’s really good for you & push yourself to make yourself feel proud of yourself every single day !!
