Stop being made to feel bad or like you’re crazy for expressing how you feel. People can only meet you in the space where they have met themselves & sometimes you’re expression is just to deep for some folk & they don’t know how to handle it & so they quickly try to make you out to be out of your mind for speaking and expressing as you do.
