You've felt it too, haven't you? Those blues & greys that others try to paint your heart with tainting it with shade. Evil eyes sent your way. Those whispers that say, things behind your back.  My heart knows thee weight of these types of feels, and I'm here to tell you that you are thee energy that is real & you should feel free to express yourself  as you are. You have thee power to break free from any palette that attempts to shut you down. Turn every frown upside down. 

In my journey, I've discovered countless of my mind, body, heart & souls expression whether it be through dance, invigorating movement, stretch, yoga, tai-chi, qi-gong, music, reading, writing, poetry, drawing, painting , making things , making time to meditate—all these various of ways to transform pain into something beautiful. There’s always this opportunity to make everything that may suck & turn it into something rather remarkable and beautiful. 

It's time to let down your guard, find your unique form of expression & shake off every projection, every evil eye, every ounce of lower vibrational energy sent your way to try to trip you up or make you feel insignificant. 

Tap into your unique brilliance. Fudge what nay sayers have to think and say. Let them be stagnant with their own waves.

Begin thee practice of no longer reacting to energies you don’t need to even respond to - be like who are you ? Exactly ! And continue to move boldly and free as you can & should be. 

🌟 We can sulk, or we can dance & twirl away everything & everyone whom is not of thee same INNERGY / ENERGY / FREQUENCY & VIBRATION that is healthy, wealthy, stealthy &  doesn't serve our greatest evolution. 

I may not be a professional dancer, but that doesn't stop me from moving & dancing to thee beat of my own drum.

We all can, and we all should feel great to be ourselves in every setting no matter what level we currently occupy. Thee more we express and practice , thee better we become.
