Or don’t know how to escape it ..

I only accept “real” from myself & that comes with a lot of rollercoaster highs and lows in energy, frequency & vibration.

First step always looks like us taking ACTION in getting help in whatever shape or form we need & getting shit done !!

Patience is always needed when it comes to reprogramming your programming & unconditioning ur conditioning. New habits take time to become a natural part of our vessels habitat at times. It matters how badly you truly desire it & that truth will be your revelation (in all due time ) << divine right timing >>
