Self care is necessary for your own healthy development. You must love people unconditionally without holding them to your silly expectations. To love unconditionally is to accept whole without conditions. Allow yourself thee time to mentally deal with what your heart has challenges grasping. Gift yourself the opportunity to be honest with yourself and true to your own boundaries and limitations. You can’t be everything for others and not be everything for yourself first.
