More Than Crumbs

As it turns out I am

Always that supportive kind friend, family member , intimate partner

always wishing the best for everyone 

Encouraging others to pursue their dreams in support of their visions

I am  

and whenever any of them are in need they think of me & instantly they contact me and no matter the last time we spoke 

It’s not a fkn joke 

In every essence I am woke 

& there 

For those I love in this kind of way

in every kind of way 

Supportive healing energies 

But sometimes we need to pull back 

Do you see ? 

Because often times

More than not 

The energies can be taken for granted and abused 

Or undervalued 

And not appreciative 

Nor is the energy being reciprocated 

& then reflection and introspection are needed 

To be able to discern 

From the varying energies 

Demanding 

Commanding 

Or requiring your energy

your Support 

your 

Love

Show them love 

Give them

Love 

Support their cause 

they want Your energy 

need your Healing 

require Your touch 

desire Your advice 

want Your shoulder to cry on 

feed off of Your energy 

All thee time 

Without return of any kind 

Disturbance of the mind 

Mindful is our eye 

That compassionately 

Receives

Truth in energy 

From

All beings 

Innerstanding 

Understanding 

For the alchemy of 

The actions proceeding 

As our 

Overstanding 

Providing justice 

For US 

ALL
