This is a baby Pine Marten ; a North American mammal species. They are no known accounts of this species being aggressive towards humans. (Thankfully) although they are aggressive to their chosen prey. (Ex: squirrels)

In Indian Folklore, these cutie pies are BRAVE HEROES - due to being perceived as the first animals to give themselves up as food for thee humans. Such a great and noble sacrifice - there reward for such bravery, they were adopted as brothers to this culture.
Either way, this is my first encounter with this beautiful cute species & I just had to share with tender loving care.
