One of the biggest lessons for me has been seeing people as they NOW are versus the Potential I see them to be - when in reality that is unfair of me to put such high expectations on anyone - especially when the person clearly and honestly puts onto display whom they are as they are - clearly too. We must allow people to freely be themselves without judging them. The part of me whom judges another for not being how I desire them to be towards me is narcisstic, twisted and unhealthy. To be able to check my control issues stemming from an unhealthy place that has no place in my world - is progress!
