anything we do 

when done with

something that we CONCENTRATE on 

something we FEEL passionate about 

It is all 

ART

clip from the movie "this is the end" 🙃 creativity is not just limited to drawing and painting..there are sooo many ways to do it. cooking, singing, dancing, writing, making jewelry, photography, film making, channeling through voice, designing clothes & products.. fuckin probably thousands of ways to do it. but I always recommend to everyone who asks me for help with dealing with anxiety/depression to find a creative outlet. it keeps your mind busy and makes you feel like you've got something to contribute to this world for real.. I think we are all creative beings we just have to find what sparks our interest. creativity saves me time and time again that's why I preach about it 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 here, to keep them cheeks nice n toasty #creativity #memetherapy #anxiety #depression #arttherapy
