how do I not change my vibration due to trying not to get
frustrated

annoying

it is very important to FEEL your
FEELS
this is your indicator for you on what is
really real
cause how you FEEL
is everything for YOU that is real
no matter whether you choose to discuss it or not
we have to find the
outlet for ourselves
that releases us from hell
one that would be self imposed anyway
I just commanded no more interruptions
and I feel good
about how I handled it
it was firm
I truly meant it
and now it is quiet
and you see just like that
