Expression Vs Repression

It is better
to
EXPRESS
then
REPRESS
even when it is uncomfortable
getting undressed
It usually feels quite unnerving
and uncomfortable
but it is better
to EXPRESS
in all its imperfections
reflecting what is best
I do attest
never Repress
for that erodes ones structure from within
Express for ones win
of
truth
clarity
letting go
healing
Express healthily without lashing out
EXPRESS is something to be viewed as 
TRANSFORMATIVE
