Some important facts about the difference between Buffalo and Bison.

Bison and Buffalo are members of the same family (kind of like being 3rd cousins)

they do not share the same genus or species. 

Bison's natural habitat covers most of the USA, Northern Mexico & Southern Canada. As far as Buffalo is concerned there are two kinds of Buffalo. 

1. Asian Water Buffalo (their natural habitat has a range that extends all across Asia into North Africa & Southern Europe. Small populations can be found in Australia & South America.)

2. Cape Buffalo which is the 2nd type of Buffalo can be found on the sub-Saharan plains of Africa.

So I think it's safe to say that whatever Buffalo this gorgeous man is visiting is in fact a Bison. Although this entry is NOT at all about this Beautiful soul, although he is not excluded from its message.
