Question everything you THINK you know and make sure that what you BELIEVE you think you know is not part of your worldly Conditioning. 

Sometimes we convince ourselves that these things we learn are truths for ourselves, even when the truths we think we know, do not match up and align to the way we feel inside.. But because we are sold these conditioned LIES .. We start believing these lies are our truths,

and that we are the ones with the problems.
