Yoga is an Art form that i Lovingly practice on a daily basis. I found my Yoga Art by listening to music & infusing #YOGA #DANCE & #STRETCH all into one. #INFUSION I Found my hearts beat by connecting with the inner parts of my soul & acknowledging all parts of me WHOLE.. I got rhythm, I got soul. For this breath of life is my #CHOSEN #Lifestyle. In my Spiritual Ritual of Integrating my Wholeness in its entirety I SEE (with patience, will power & being kind to myself) I GROW each & every day ... As I step into my balance as I move & sway to the internal rhythmical beats of my heart. My soul is heART..
