It is easy to come up with an excuse ....

I find that the more I push beyond my own walls and barriers I am met with a stronger version of myself & she is always going to be the better version of me with each and every shredding of my own conditioned layers of skin that do not serve me well on this soul path journey of mine ...
Each and everyday I am introduced to the Powerful Goddess whom resides within me .....
I choose to keep letting her shred me thin until every part of me glorifying me shines ...
