What Do you do to get yourself pumped up??
It is so very important to keep yourself physically active in some way....
No one is asking you to become a gym rat or this really buff and toned person...
When you become active and physical do not do it with the expectations of looking a certain type of way either because all that does is stir up your own insecurities about yourself &you do not wish to do this to yourself - - especially when you are working at PUMPING YOURSELF UP!
All that kind of thinking would only lead you to start comparing yourself against others.. why in the world would you do that???
& eventually that bitter seed breeds discouragement --
YOU want to be ENCOURAGED to PUMP yourself up...
UNCONDITION your Conditioning of UNDERSTANDING
Whatever you do ... do it for YOU!!!
Know your reasoning behind what you do...
Make sure all that you do ALIGNS perfectly with you...

These things get me PUMPED...
Jumping rope gets me PUMPED up... lol
EXTREME STRETCHING is another of my favorites...
I stretch practically 24/7 in all my movements...
I stretch anywhere / everywhere...
We ALL really need to be STRETCHING a whole lot more...
I am so serious about this I want you all to STRETCH YOUR LOVE with me...
You must realize the true importance of committing to stretching your body...
Your temple..
Your Home..
Your OM...
Joint mobilization is crucial and essential to maintaining our range of motion and even our flexibility...
remove your own dull aches and pains...
STRETCHING is the equivalent to receiving a MASSAGE..
instead of an external massage what you are doing is giving yourself an INTERNAL MASSAGE...
in doing so you not only increase your blood flow and circulation - you also release toxins and unwanted impurities from your system...
you help rid yourself of all that crap and waste that is not needed in your body...
oh and did I forget to mention the best part about Stretching...
IT FEELS SOOOOO GOOOD!!!
