The Concept of TRUE JUSTICE based on fairness & reason may seem more of an ideal than a reality. Nevertheless, as human beings we still STRIVE to UPHOLD its PRINCIPLE.

If a situation requires an impersonal decision, then we must first weigh everything up and NOT be swayed by EMOTION or BIAS...

This card asks us whether we are able to be HONEST & TRUTHFUL with ourselves and ACCEPT our situation in which we may find ourselves currently in... 

We need to recognize that where we find ourselves is often the result of a BALANCE between our own ACTIONS & the circumstances that life has engendered.
