Crumple the living shit out of it.. Toss it against a wall… drop it to the floor and stomp the shit out of it if that makes you feel any better.. Rip it up.. Flush it down the toilet… Torch the sucker.. Do whatever you want that makes you feel better and like a huge release on your inner world spilling out to your physical world… But make sure that whatever you do.. YOUR EYES SEE.. They must see this symbolic process. Because when your eyes SEE they make mental notations to your brain/a part of yourself that computes and processes all of your data & when your physical eyes SEE , bearing WITNESS to the symbolic understanding and computing of what you are intentionally doing it works in alignment with YOU, supporting YOU & ALLOWING you to FREE yourself from this bondage of self destructive imprisonment gifting you the opportunity to TRANSFORM this negative part of self into POSITIVE… Remember all forms of energy (( this includes behaviors of ours )) can not be destroyed, only TRANSFORMED.. Be intentional and purposeful in what you decide to TRANSFORM this negative release of yours and Turning it into something POSITIVE that WORKS with YOU and your life path and in alignment with what you want and desire from your life… Remember Living an authentic intentional lifestyle takes some work, and some getting use to but its worth it. Being intentional means being absolutely intentional.. Intiendes?? In order to move forward INTENTIONALLY (( now this might sound just the teensy bitsy itsy bit koo Koo for coco puffs - - but hear me out anyway )) all it is - is this.. Be intentional!! That is it!! Lol That means matching everything you SEE with everything you DO & everything you DO ties perfectly with everything you THINK & everything you think matches exactly with everything you FEEL because everything you FEEL is what is most REAL to you and therefore it becomes the very thing in which you SEE.. Cycles .. Flow and ebb of our own creational manifestations our own rhythmic cycles.. Here is a little chart / diagram I made up to show this flow and cycle..  It can not get any simpler than that.. You fill in those blanks for yourself and that is what makes your manifestation UNIQUE all on its own..
