If you are not happy with what a person is giving to you as their All well you should reevaluate what it is that your soul needs and assess and once you assess go give your soul just that ...
And if anyone is not meeting your souls needs then the reality check for you is the realization that this person is NOT what you need ...

Sometimes we hold on to the idea of what we imagine in our minds of what we wish to receive from another forgetting that we do not control another and their choices and actions. You have to take their actions and choices and really be honest with yourself if it's fulfilling you on your soul journey.
