Highlighted here is our Throat Chakra which of course is located in our throat area. Here we are met with COMMUNICATION, SOUND, CREATIVITY, & the ability of CLAIRAUDIENCE (( inner hearing )) are all associated with our throat chakras. Many Artists, speakers, writers, singers, & individuals involved in the creative arts will often have Active Throat Chakras. Would you consider yourself to be creative ? Have you been artistically, actively & intentionally expressing your ART, your creations alive & freely ?? Is your throat chakra OPEN & FREELY expressing itself ? Or are there any blockages that may come to mind? NOW is your time to take the dive and visualize yourself COMING ALIVE FREE !! Close your eyes inhale deeply and in your minds eye SEE this Light Blue color SHINING brightly near your throat area and at the same time Visualize your heart Center Space your 4th Chakra This color is Green ACTIVATE it along with your Throat Chakra stimulating your heart filled with love shining your voice and communication and creations with that of LOVE & BRIGHT LIGHTS. Practice this visualization as often as possible all it takes is 2 minutes of your time. The element of our Throat Chakra is Sound. Make your sounds. Be Heard!!! The key words to our throat chakras are "I SPEAK"
SPEAK YOUR BEAUTIFUL SOUL OUT!! When this chakra is stimulated and opens up, you may begin to feel or notice that you may start speaking copiously and quickly, or singing spontaneously and energetically. These are WONDERFUL signs to let you see that what you are doing is working. You may hear inner sounds, songs, voices or noise. This is Your innate telepathy opening up and you can sense people's hidden thoughts and intentions. Your INTUITION becomes even more on point. Words and sounds start to have more power and meaning to you and this will make you feel wonderful. You may also notice that you can feel the vibrations of people just by their words.
