All these things can help keep the energy following and harmonious. Honoring Your body and taking care of it on the outside will bring you well being on the inside & vice versa.
REST & REJUVENATION
a period of rest and rejuvenation is in order. Time to meditate. This is essential especially after coming out of a particularly emotionally or mentally taxing experience. The Number 4 in numerology means "FOUNDATION" so this is a time to heal ... Think of Shavasana pose in yoga when we come together at the end of a yoga session to allow our bodies to take in all that we worked hard for during yoga allowing our bodies to heal / nurturing every part of our being. Allowing space just for reflection is needed. Taking moments for ourselves is essential to our overall general wellbeing. It's a chance to stand back & view our life with clarity and renewed appreciation assisting ourselves in building healthier and stronger foundations.
Allowing us to come out rooted strongly able to receive open heartedly without any blockages all of our foundations and achievements
