Embracing Challenges : The Path to Unleashing Your Inner Warrior

 

One of my favorite lines from a yoga teacher of mine is, “In this class, we can do hard things.” I carry that sentiment with me everywhere I go—it’s how I learn to GROW. It’s how I learn to GROW past thee uncomfortable stages, the challenges that prick & prune me into a constantly evolving state of perfectly imperfect being, a human soul, as I figure out everything I AM & am not. It’s funny how this world can tie you up in knots. But it’s even more liberating to get to know thee states of your INFINITE consciousness & being. How free-flowing we CAN be when we allow ourselves to take on the challenges that life brings. It’s AMAZING what our bodies are capable of, especially when we break free from thee prison of our minds, conditioned to stay locked up like an animal imprisoned for lifetimes. I prefer to rhyme & ALIGN as I ALCHEMIZE my shine.

There are days when my body feels rougher & it’s tougher to contort & bend. Instead of beating myself up, I learn to get to KNOW every feeling that exists within & outside my body, as I AM but a portion of my body in this 3D perceived reality. IMAGINE if we convinced ourselves every single time that, no matter what, we CAN do it. Even if it takes time, for time is of thee essence. Even if it takes multiple attempts. Even if, with every attempt, we still can’t seem to get it. IMAGINE if we conditioned our being to RELEASE all the negativity that prevents us from going even further. What if we defied every odd & every challenge by meeting it head-on & never allowing defeat to creep in and cause us to quit ACHIEVING the SUCCESS that is inevitably ours?

What if… that’s my dare to you, to challenge yourself to the ‘what if’ game & tell yourself, “I too, can do hard things and be SUCCESSFUL in every attempt to ACCOMPLISH everything I set out to do.” What if the person whom ALIGNS with this innergy,  energy, frequency & vibration is thee quantum YOU that shows up every day, ready, willing & able? I BELIEVE. Do you?

“The only TRUE WISDOM is in knowing you KNOW nothing.” This journey of self-discovery and challenge is a TESTAMENT to our ever-evolving nature, a reminder that in the vastness of the universe, we are both significant & yet just a small part of a grander scheme.

Rhythms of Resilience 

Connecting to the place of connectivity, where hope and faith never fade, is a journey that requires us to navigate the intricate landscapes of our inner worlds. It’s never easy to step aside and allow our true selves to emerge, especially when we’re entangled in the web of seeking validation in places where none are needed and seeking solace in spaces that are blind, deaf, and dumb. It becomes a sacred practice, a ritual of sorts, to connect to the very vessel of your essence that transcends every pollution that seeks to rot us till we die.

It’s normal and healthy to cry, to release the pent-up emotions that cloud our clarity. Yet, it’s become habitual to lie, to ourselves and to others, and we must break that pattern of delusion that separates us all, especially from ourselves. Earth, this living, breathing entity, can be a living hell, but it also can be transformed into a heavenly space, dependent on the path we choose to dwell and swell into reality.

People pray in separation, in isolated bubbles of existence, and wonder why they become prey. I pray for thee all, for all that is us, no matter the color of your skin, political affiliations, tax bracket, or spiritual creed one chooses to breathe and bleed. No matter the foulness of the odor, my prayer is for thee all, because that is the only way. And the only way is for me to generate that perpetual motion of emotion towards myself.

“How we gonna win if we ain’t right within?” echoes the wise words of Lauryn Hill, reminding us that the battle for victory starts within our own hearts and minds. We must come again, over and over, through the only way out is through. I find restoration in sacred movement, in the dance of life that keeps the energy flowing. If you’re ever feeling stuck, simply move. Move your body. Change the pace by moving space. I can’t begin to tell you the number of times I have died in this life and all my lives. Do we ever really learn? I love to believe so. May we all make it easier for ourselves the next time through, because how we gonna win if we ain’t right within? Stretch again, reach for the stars, and embrace the infinite possibilities that lie within you.

The Silent War Within: Navigating the Spiritual Battlefield of the Mind

 

We are engaged in a silent, spiritual war within our beings, a conflict that begins at the tender age of infancy, often before we possess any cognitive awareness of its existence. This is a telepathic war of realms, where we make conscious or unconscious decisions with each breath, each second, each minute, and each day, starting from the moment we exit the womb. The energy of thoughts that penetrate our system, many of which are not our own and many we carry from life to life, begin to form a human template that is merely a mask of the infinite everything that we truly are. Yet, this true essence is hard to perceive when we are enmeshed in the thick of so many things.

There are advanced souls whom enter this world already engaged in a battle between good and evil, a battle that takes place within a preexisting infrastructure built inside an alternate dimension of mind control. It starts with the mind, where implants are subliminally planted, attempting to groom and bloom themselves. The nature of our being, dependent on our state of evolution, will either suppress this influence, remaining unaware of its existence, or the evolutionary ones will acknowledge that this other realm exists within us. Although we may not fully understand it, we allow it to become one with ourselves as we try to decipher its meaning.

During these formative years, we are easily manipulated and hijacked, which may cause certain behaviors and actions to occur that would never have happened without this hijacking experience. This is where the battle between holy and unholy begins. The battle comes from within to overcome this hijacking. Many will lose this battle, but there are the rare few who will awaken from this sleep state and vow never to be hijacked again. They are reborn, renewed, and holy shall be their reign. However, the battle will always be a battle until they master the ability to align with their most authentic selves, fully blocking the hijack from taking place.

This dynamic is real and happening inside us all, yet many are unaware of its occurrence. But there is a reckoning here on Earth taking place, and the land of babble, although scrambled, is coming apart. The divide that once separated us will destroy all, and only then can this perceived reality start from scratch. So yes, we are all under attack, but the war is within, and as within exudes outward, that’s what this human story is all about.

Let us remember the words of the great spiritual teacher, Eckhart Tolle: “The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it. Be aware of the thoughts you are thinking.” This quote reminds us that our inner world shapes our outer reality, and by mastering our thoughts, we can overcome the spiritual war within.

POWER AFFIRMATION DECREE : 

I am a sovereign being of light, grounded in my authentic truth. I recognize and embrace the divine power within me to overcome any internal battles. I am awake, aware, and in control of my thoughts and actions. I am aligned with the highest good, and my life reflects the beauty and strength of my soul. So it is, and so it shall be.

Thee Enchantress’s Symphony: A Monologue of Magic and Musings

 

Here I am, hear me roar, see me soar, opening doors to thee cosmos where I’m feeling intergalactic, fantastic, inviting you to witness the commingling of energies. If only you’d allow yourself to perceive beyond the veil, you’d see there’s no gaslighting in our realm. When you intercede, blocking those forces that try to dim your light, you’ll find you’re far from insignificant.

No need for words when I’m here to shower you with love, spell it out, L-O-V-E, as euphoric as it sounds. Are you spellbound? I, thee Enchantress, hold the key, a gateway to thee symphony of life, do you feel this beat as I pulsate this speech? Let’s dive deep down this rabbit hole, where I keep my black kitty, a reminder that no man has ever forgotten about me & I know they never will. That’s thee tea spill, a sweet thrill of scented nectar delights, savoring every bite, where alignment shines bright.

Magic is not a fairy tale, it’s a state of consciousness. Are you awake? I embody both sensitivity & savagery, enchantingly soul-appealing. This veil unveiling is revealing thee poets, thee muses of our galactic nation, it’s time for quantum celebration. Those not celebrating remain stuck, unable to taste thee magic when their webs are spun, soulless & sporadic. It’s time for spring cleaning, to take action, to rid ourselves of what doesn’t belong, to sing our song. Not everyone is meant to understand your innerstanding, but as long as you comprehend, you’ll be just fine, aging like fine wine, ready to dine & unwind.

We must destroy it all to rebuild, to untangle thee babble that has scrambled our brains. Insane in thee membrane. I am thee blooming flower, greet my sword that will slice & dice you into oblivion, setting you free. It’s time to decree, what shall it be? We can be all love and light, but shadow is hindsight. If you don’t align with might & integrate, you’ll be a continuous failing test of your own karmic wheel, spinning head over heels, that is the reel deal. Real are our feels.

There are those oblivious to thee curse they place upon themselves when they choose to be ghosts & evil eyers too, radiating hatred for your light. They eat thee bait that traps their souls, no wonder they feel lost & incomplete, robbing their souls of enchanting, everlasting peace when they choose to pay cheap. So, when I think of these people, I smudge thee entire environment, hoping to put their stupidity in retirement. Free we all are to choose for ourselves on this path, many don’t understand math, that’s too bad. So that’s neither here nor there & yet everywhere, we are called to FOCUS on our now, that is how it is won. NOW IS WON.

Bend & be flexible, it’s how to stretch beyond this matrix, this 3D perceived reality. Rigid is frigid, don’t do that! Although we all can be walking contradictions as we speak our mentality, it’s our responsibility to upkeep. If music be thee food of our soul, play on, play on, play on. Not everyone is designed to comprehend thee music we play or see the visions that we see. This only reveals the truth behind thee delusion we try to keep about the people we see. Sometimes we want to see what is not there &  we ignore what is right in front of our faces. Time erases all traces, but that feeling we feel is everything to be revealed. Trust how you feel. And in thee music, we find our zen. I love taking paper to pen & scripting love, an ancient song.

It’s not for you to say whom I am, it’s for me to be whom I am. Say it with me, set yourself free. Don’t get so caught up in the human experience that you forget your truest divinity. In a time of deceit, thee truth is a revolutionary act. This is fact, not this nor that, get in tact. Naps are essential for our potentials that are infinite and growing beyond measure. Thee things in this life I treasure. Please Integrate every shadow & be here now. I am here now. Take a bow. Another divine play on words. Till next time, arrivederci.

🤍🤍🤍🤍One of my favorite writing activities is to compile meaningful art, art with words, photos, and music, and then write to it, creating a symphony of expression that resonates with the soul. So Here is another play on words, a monologue of scripting & channeled writing that captures thee essence of this video compilation of musings I share with all of you.  

When I say channeled writing for this style of writing this is what I mean - Channeled writing, also known as automatic writing or psychography, is a practice where an individual enters a meditative or trance-like state and allows their hand to write messages that are believed to come from a spiritual or supernatural source. The writer acts as a medium, channeling information from higher consciousness, spirits, or other entities. The process is often used for spiritual guidance, self-discovery, and creative inspiration, as the messages received are thought to be beyond the writer’s conscious thoughts and knowledge.  After I write freely I then edit & share with love & care.

Stretching Monologue

The body is fascinating, everything it reveals unto us if we just gave it a moment to listen to it. The things our body reveals are deep. Thee attachments pressed into our skin, bones, and muscles learning how to release. Movement for me has been such an integral part of my world. I grew up with my father, who at the time was so heavy into physical fitness and martial arts. I was the only little girl I knew that wanted to be a fairy ninja ballerina actress superstar. I loved martial arts. It was my favorite. I was a fanatic, watched every movie during the 80s, and practiced my own style of martial arts and ninjitsu every day. I would mimic what I saw, and I was so open to learning, so I listened to instruction. My dad did his best to show many techniques, including breathing techniques, which I learned early on helped my meditation. I wanted to learn how to meditate as a kid, and so I always practiced, not realizing that in my practice, I was actually doing it. I know this now as an adult, and grateful I am for the experience. The house I grew up in had creaky doors and steps, and so I had to learn to be as silent as can be when moving around, and so this grew my practice of being a ninja ballerina, practicing the art of landing lightly on my feet and moving with such control, along with silencing my breath. By the time I was 10 years old, I was a pro. Light on my feet, skipping steps, floating in the air, wicked fast. So fast by the time I was in junior high school, I ran track, played a variety of sports while mastering my double Dutch girl power. I swear being a kid back then in the 80s and 90s was so much better than what it is now. Less technology truly allowed us to get to learn other modes of entertainment that involved us using our mind, body, heart, soul, our entire human vessel had to actively participate. Grateful I am for these memories and moments that truly have contributed to my lifestyle of knowing how to shut off all the static noise percolating everywhere we turn now. Everywhere I look, someone is holding a technology device, whether it be their own phone or whatnot, and their heads with a new horse gait face looking at their phone, ruining their posture. But that’s neither here nor there. Life cycles are everywhere. Breathwork is soul important. Meditating to our heartbeats and connecting with our entire being is so important. When was the last time you made time to connect with your body and listen to the stories of the universe reveal themselves into you, unto you, for you are the universe in constant evolutionary motion. It’s always fascinating that we are looser on one side than another, all dependent on what our dominant side is, which is why stretching is so important. It will help you align your positions into true balance. Is balance not what we seek, whether it be literal, metaphorical, or otherwise? Thank you for your time. I love writing. Time seems to be flying by, and I am profoundly grateful for every opportunity that comes my way. I must admit, in the whirlwind of activities, I somehow missed sharing this incredible milestone – my latest article feature. It’s been months since it was published, and I’ve been a busy bee ever since.

Although this is not my first feature, my heart swells with the same pride and joy for each one. A heartfelt thank you to CANVAS REBEL for publishing this article about me and my ever-evolving journey.
