In thee depths of my being, I feel like if I’m not visibly crying enough that means I’m not mourning enough even if when every time I think about it it reRips my heart to shreds.  It’s always what is brewing beneath thee surface, as hearts remains perpetually torn asunder by thee weight of emotion. It's in thee darkest recesses of my soul that I find a peculiar solace, a dwelling place for my own sorrow.

To some, this inner abyss may appear daunting, a place of shadows and fears. But for me, it's where my poetry takes flight. I understand the art of transmutation, for it is what we Transformers do – we transmute and transform. My higher self comprehends this; do you? I navigate my transformations into verses that sing the song of shadows. My mind, it seems, dwells amidst those ominous clouds, forging its own unique brand of lightning, a soul-thunder resounding with a power so potent, you can feel its rapture.

Beautiful souls, it's essential to understand that it's perfectly okay not to be alright, especially when faced with life's trials. However, I implore you, always seek a healthy conduit, a channel, for the darkest of expressions within. Left unchecked, they have the potential to shape the very blueprint of your infinite existence.

But what about double rainbows? 🤔 Well, they're like a bonus gift from the universe, a dazzling show of colors that can't help but make you smile. 😄

Let’s be really real 🗣️Responding / Reacting from an UNHEALTHY or explosive emotional space does NOT make you more real, it makes you MOST TOXIC! 🚫

There's a way to be real without ruining lives and self-sabotaging ties and without living a lie. 🌟 I AM a fellow emotional super watery & fiery savage type of faery peaceful being & because this is so I have had to learn how to curb my tongue along with my impulsive enthusiasm, not out of fear & not because i would be wrong, but for thee benefits of obtaining pure wisdom. 🧘‍♀️

In practicing thee wisdom of waiting three days before reacting a teaching from a monks lesson I discovered in junior high & wanted to apply its learn & it's been over 35 + years of evolutionary life experience. It's not always easy, but it's been worth it. 🙏

My early morning yoga class, taught by thee MAGNIFICENT @kristenkemp one of my favorite yoga instructors, she shared thee ancient Toltec wisdom of the Four Agreements. 

I want to share them here with you all too for your deepest seas of reflection:

1. Be impeccable with your word – speak with integrity. 🗣️

 - Say only what you mean.

 - Avoid using words against yourself or GOSSIPING about others.

 - Use thee power of your words in thee direction of TRUTH & LOVE.

2. Don't take anything personally – nothing others do is because of you. 🤷‍♂️ ok maybe sometimes it is but at thee root it’s not ❤️‍🩹

 - What others say and do reflects their own reality, their own dream.

 - building Immunity to others opinions & actions leads to freedom from constant suffering.

3. Don't make ASSumptions – find thee courage 2 question & be real expressing what you really want. 🙌

 - Communicate clearly to avoid misunderstandings, sadness & drama.

 - This one agreement can transform your life.

4. Always do your BEST – your best changes with circumstances, but giving your ALL is thee key. 🗝️
