Day 2: A Heartwarming Mother & Daughter Journey towards 10,000 Steps

I am filled with immense love & gratitude as my beautiful daughter and I continue our journey of walking 10,000 steps a day. Thee moments we share together are precious & I cherish every second we spend side by side.

This adventure has given us thee opportunity to not only prioritize our health but also strengthen thee bond existing between us. Thee time we spend walking,  talking & annoying one another is priceless, as we laugh, annoy one another, share  stories & support each other along thee way.

Proud I am to be her mother. 

I encourage everyone to join us on this incredible journey towards better health and well-being. Let us recognize that our health is indeed our wealth, and by taking small steps together, we can achieve great things.

Together, we are not only improving our physical fitness but also nourishing our souls. This journey is a reminder of thee importance of prioritizing self-care & spending quality time with our loved ones.

So, let's lace up our sneakers, support one another in spirit & step into a brighter, healthier future. Join us on this beautiful path towards wellness & happiness.

NOT 2 Me

 I refuse to be weighed down by thee opinions & improper treatment from those whom are blind to their own ignorance & thee damage they inflict unto others. Their SHALLOW understanding & harmful actions hurt many beautiful souls, but instead of succumbing to despair, I channel thee energy that arises from engaging with such energies, creatively. It is within this DYNAMIC space that my CREATIVITY flourishes, flowing like QUANTUM currents. Gratitude fills my heart, for it is through these very energies that I am inspired to WRITE & CHANNEL poetically. I AM infinitely grateful for thee profound IMPACT ALL have on me.

I would like to share a poem that I have written inspired by thee foolish actions of others who underestimate my perception & DIVINE insight. 

Oh, how absurd it is, my dear,

To WITNESS envy's bitter sneer,

For when YOU SHINE, they cannot bear,

They’re JEALOUSY, so CRYSTAL clear.

You SEE, my friend, you are thee MUSE,

With TALENTS that they cannot CHOOSE,

But when YOU flaunt your RADIANT light,

Oh, how they TREMBLE, filling themselves with spite!

Your BRILLIANCE, like a BLAZING SUN,

EXPOSES them, one by ONE,

Their masks of falsehood, worn with care,

Now crumble in thee mocking air.

How dare you be yourself, my dear,

And cause such ENVY to appear,

They BEG & beg you to dim your vibrant glow,

But WHY should you, when THEY stoop soul low?

They claim offense, oh, what a joke,

Their fragile EGOS want a stroke, quickly broke,

But DEEP down, they KNOW thee DIVINE truth,

Their envy's PROOF, a bitter fruit.

So laugh, my FRIEND, & shine SOUL BRIGHT,

EXPOSE their envy with absolute delight,

For their masks worn, so fraudulent,

REVEAL their envy, EVIDENT.

It's crazy, YES, indeed it's true,

How they're offended by just YOU,

But fear not, for their envy's show,

Only PROVES how much YOU GLOW.

I affirm that I will not allow others to disrupt my inner peace,

I declare that my vibe & energy remain untouched by negativity,

I call upon thee power within me to burn and transmute any harmful energies,

Turning them into fuel for my artistic journey.

I am grateful for the strength & resilience bestowed upon me,

For thee ability to rise above any challenges that may come my way,

I embrace my creative potential & honor thee gifts gifted unto me.

With every brushstroke, every word written,

I channel thee divine energy that flows through me,

Creating artistic masterpieces that inspire & touch souls.

I am a vessel of divine expression,

Guided by thee light of love & wisdom,

I am unstoppable, unshakeable & filled with GRATITUDE.

Oh, what a tale of love & woe,

A friendship that's stuck in limbo,

He claims we're just friends, oh what a joke,

But deep down we both know it's more than smoke.

Love's in thee air, but fear's in his heart,

He lets it rule, tearing us apart,

No action taken, no words of truth,

Just watch as love slips away, uncouth.

Divine wisdom whispers in my ear,

Saying, my dear, don't shed a tear,

For if he's too scared to seize thee day,

Then let love drift, let it sail away.

Why waste time on a love so timid,

When there are others who aren't afraid to admit it?

I'll find someone who's not bound by fear,

Someone who'll hold me close and keep me near.

So fear not, my heart, for this love's demise,

Will set you free, open up new skies,

No longer tangled in doubts and lies,

I'll soar above, where true love lies.

While it's sad to see love slip away,

Divine wisdom guides me, come what may,

With open arms, I'll embrace what's next,

Beautiful souls, love to surrender,
