10,000 STEPS a DAY Mother & DAUGHTER Journey

Embarking on an exhilarating adventure, my daughter and I have embarked on a thrilling quest to conquer 10,000 steps EVERY day for thee next 30 days (month). 

Fueled by thee electrifying energy of our recent Atlantic City road trip

my daughter was struck with inspiration and ignited a fire within us both. Together, we stride with determination, eagerly embracing thee ACTIVATIONS & EVOLUTION that exist ahead. 

With each step, we unlock a world of infinite possibilities, discovering hidden treasures within ourselves and thee world around us. This is no ordinary journey; it is a thrilling escapade that will redefine our limits & leave us breathless with evolutionary excitement.

TRUEST SECRETS TO MANIFESTING

Thee statement that one must operate delusionally in order for thee laws of attraction & manifestation to work is subjective & not supported by scientific evidence. Thee laws of attraction and manifestation, as popularized by the New Thought movement and the book "Thee Secret," are based on thee belief that positive thoughts & intentions can bring desired outcomes into one's life.

However, it is important to note that maintaining a positive mindset and setting clear goals can be beneficial for achieving success & personal growth. This does not require operating delusionally, but rather adopting a proactive and optimistic mindset.

Operating delusionally, which typically involves holding irrational beliefs or denying reality, can have negative consequences on one's mental health and decision-making abilities. It is generally more effective to approach life with a realistic perspective while still maintaining a positive attitude.

Therefore, it is not necessary to operate delusionally for thee laws of attraction and manifestation to work. Instead, focusing on positive thinking, setting clear goals, and taking meaningful actions can improve one's chances of achieving desired outcomes.

For those of you who are new here, I began my blogging journey in 2008-2009. I needed a way to express thee intense levels of abuse and torture I had experienced. Writing has always been a natural outlet for me, as I felt like I had no one to confide in about what was happening to me. My blogging journey was like publicly exposing myself, even though no one could see thee actual writer behind the words. It was a raw and uncomfortable experience. I didn't create my blog for fame or celebrity; I created it because writing helped me heal. I was intuitively guided to share my poetry, writing, experiences, talents, and skills. I had my blog for a couple of years, and thee traffic to it was barely noticeable. Then, something remarkable happened one year - people started reading. I was shocked and even more inspired. Now, with well over half a million views and growing, I continue my writing journey, which became thee catalyst for my online social media presence. I have been doing this for a very long time, and my advice to all of you who are artists in your own right is to keep shining your light, even if it feels like you are performing to an empty audience. Because ultimately, you are thee audience that matters the most. Building and sharing your legacy with the world is your purpose.

HOW TO HANDLE PEOPLE WHOM PRETEND NOT TO SEE YOU?!?

This topic is a sensitive one for myself, but I have learned & continue to learn so much on how to handle and deal with energies such as these whom may not be thee easiest of energies to deal with - especially when it can be very hurtful, unwarranted & unwanted. 

 While it can be challenging to ignore people who pretend not to see us but secretly observe US taking notes of our actions, watching everything we post & keeping tabs in ways that are stalkerish and unhealthy,  it is often in our best interest to IGNORE. Here's why:

1. Focus on positivity: By ignoring those who send negative vibes or act with envy, we can maintain our focus on positivity & personal growth. Engaging with individuals who harbor ill intentions or are envious of our ACHIEVEMENTS, CHARM, LIFESTYLE etc can drain our energy & distract us from our personal goals towards our own success. It is important to prioritize our own well-being & surround ourselves with positive influences instead.

2. Preserve our mental & emotional well-being: Constantly worrying about others negative opinions or actions can be detrimental to our mental & emotional health. It can even make some of us whom are extremely sensitive, very sad. So it is crucial to protect our well-being (ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS) by not allowing thee negativity of others to affect us. Choosing to ignore such individuals can help us maintain a healthy mindset & prevent unnecessary stress / anxiety.

3. Avoid unnecessary conflicts: Engaging with individuals who send negative vibes or exhibit jealousy often leads to unnecessary conflicts or disagreements. By ignoring these individuals, we can avoid getting ENTANGLED in confrontations & SPIRITUAL WARFARE that DO NOT serve any constructive purpose. It is more productive to invest our time, FOCUS & energy into positive interactions & HEALTHY pursuits.

4. Embrace self-confidence: Ignoring those who pretend not to see us but secretly observe, GOSSIP, ENVY & have thee audacity to criticize our actions allows us to embrace our self-confidence FIERCELY. By recognizing our own WORTH / VALUE while staying true to ourselves, we become less affected by thee opinions & actions of others whom are not even worth our time of day. This self-assurance enables us to continue pursuing our passions & goals without being deterred by their negativity.

Anyhoo, ignoring people who send negative vibes & whom fake vibes by PRETENDING not to SEE US while SECRETLY observing ALL OF OUR actions is ONE way to protect our well-being, by maintaining a positive focus & avoiding unnecessary ish. 

LET US prioritize our own growth & EVOLUTION by embracing our self-confidence & surrounding ourselves with positive influences. TOGETHER, we can thrive despite thee negative energy that may come our way.

A seismic shift shakes thee very core,

From thee ashes of old, a new era assembles,

As thee chains of oppression are shattered forevermore.

Thee oppressed rise with a fiery determination,

Their voices amplified, no longer confined,

In unity they march, a potent combination,

A revolution ignited, a beacon of hope they find.

Gone are thee days of silence and submission,

As hearts beat louder, demanding their rights,

Thee streets become a canvas, a vibrant exhibition,

For thee revolutionaries, taking flight.
