If there is anything pain has taught me is how to forgive and how to heal without any bitter seeds about thee entire experience. I just keep breathing in peace and surrender.  This is where thee divine becomes so needed by me - because when all else fails ... comfort and love is all I seek .. and I must surrender to receive it. I have learned how to surrender even when it hurts. Everyone is free to choose for themselves without being crucified. 

No more hurt people hurting people.  

Let us find a way to hurt less and heal more.
