People make excuses all thee time about why they can’t do certain things. It’s because they are still not Honest about everything & most importantly lie to themselves.

When I was avoiding conflict I pussy footed around the matter and let others dictate the course. You can only imagine the further damaging and cruelty that occurred for my selfishness and inability to own up to my own shit. 

Sometimes we are the toxic addressing the toxic in ourselves and in our lives and we must transmute it from our behavioral conditioning. This too requires action. Action that is uncomfortable. Truth that needs to be said and played out regardless of how it makes anyone feel.
