Stop trying to rid parts of yourself 

and infuse all parts of yourself to innerstand yourself better so that you do not reject pieces of you and understand your whole a lot more clearer when intuit communication takes place between you and your universe. 

Stop calling yourself unpleasant names. That’s not nice nor loving either. 

Criticizing is not love (FYI ) 

I do things 

different 

and I don’t mind it anymore 

I embrace me a whole lot better now with compassion. 

even while going thru my own stuff I am learning to support myself best. 

Embrace all that you are 

It’s not what’s right or wrong 

Or needing to be acceptable by others 

most others are miserable funkers anyway 

What great inner align can they gift to you when most don’t even meet themselves 

Choose To Live

Ask yourself these questions out loud. Write them down. Answer them. 

How many traces of my past lovers linger ?

How many perceived past failures chokehold me now ?

How many things perceived to be left without closure am  i gripping tightly ?

How many people have hurt me that i still to this day carry some hate / anger / bitterness towards them ?

How many things do I still persecute myself for in many of my own past life experiences ?

How many people have I hurt that I still think about ?

How many wrongs not made right am I sitting on ? 

This list of questions self inquiries can go on and on 

How dead must i have to finally feel in order to transmute, heal and  resurrect myself  ?
