It’s ridiculous that I have to feel uncomfortable naked because I’m not this photoshopped picture perfect replica of plastic bullshit that is deemed acceptable by society. 

It’s hurtful to ones spirit to not be able to strip down naked to the core in fear of ridicule and being called ugly 

or fat 

Or not in shape 

I’ll admit it - I’ve been hardest on myself and I realize more so than ever it’s because of the damaging effects created by a society of heartless superficial creatures that don’t know shit from zen

Cosmic Empath

As an empath, I am sensitive to the energies around me. What does this mean ? This means that I can enter any space and FEEL it out. What does this mean ? This means that I can pick up on the energies around me that linger around.  What does this mean ? This means that my heightened sensitivity allows me to energetically pick up on happenings, thoughts, feelings, experiences, information and so much more from the space around me. What does this mean ? This means as an empath if I am not mindful I can receive and absorb if I allow the energies around me to affect me in such ways.  What does this mean?  This means I can’t be just anywhere - sometimes the imprint left behind from others funks with my energy waves. What does this mean ? This means that I can pick up the energy from people even when they are no longer in that space. What does this mean?  This means I keep my home and living space SACRED & I will NOT just have anyone in it doing whatever it is that they want - because not everyone is for me nor is everyone like me and so my value meal increases and I am intolerable of many people, places and things. What does this mean ? This means I am on to most people’s nonsense whether I know the facts or not. What does this mean ? This means that if you don’t understand my world - I don’t expect you to have any compassion nor innerstanding towards this side of life on this heightened spectrum. Guess what ? I wouldn’t change it for the world !
