As a society we all experience LOSS in various of ways - and we all take in this pain - one way - or another - and there is never any need to compare and contrast the levels of pain we each all have had - for it is pointless to measure pain when we all KNOW that shit is never fun nor a game. COMPASSION is the wave we must engage in order to MAINTAIN our grounding as each of us journey separately - yet collectively - and although differently - we all similarly in our own ways encounter life experiences that are ROLLERCOASTER Rides that for whatever reason we find ourselves riding --- and the relationships we intimately share with the souls we encounter on our journey - - - and we all continue to grow - that I Do know - and I also KNOW from early in my life what PAIN & DEVASTATION feels like in losing my mother at such a young age. Death met me early on in life - - and HEALING thru this difficult time - a kid wanting her mother - cause there would never be any replacing of she - in this lifetime - I felt that shit so deep - I refused to accept - the burning hole growing in my chest - of this emptiness - that no reality could ever give back to me - it truly was not easy - healing thru this process - - it was many years later that I was finally able to even talk about her to anybody else - cause just like everything in life that has caused many of us PAIN and negative feelings -- - so many BLOCK off the healing - Get lost in the FEELING part - and then move forward in their life - stuck in a loop hole of a moment in time - that they carry to their now moments that they are never present in --
Wheels of time I give a little spin

I attest HEALING is for the BEST
but you can NOT bury what you refuse to

Losing anybody we love
is a tough one to get thru
but YOU can get thru
this is
TRUTH
getting thru breakup type of shit
has always been an easy fix
for me
but I still was missing many things
But my built in philosophies and POSITIVITIES
which are innate in me
have truly BLESSED me

cause even when I was asleep
and semi part and still not part of these sheep
even when I was in the dark
about so many things
my attitude / pride / ego in any relationship
was always READY with no regrets
to let them go
for my own GROWTH
this I innately Know
even if back then it took me longer than the ME right now would ever allow
like my intolerance of certain things
these vibrations
of living beings
that unconsciously subconsciously seed into this world
sharing this invisible energy that is shared and although unseen
DUDE it is REALLY THERE
and SUPER REAL
if you know nothing in life
just like me
together we CAN KNOW one thing
to be REAL
and most TRUE
and that is our FEELINGS
which is this thing we identify as ENERGY
that is MASSIVE and IN CONTROL of our
ENTIRE LIVES

but I against my better judgement
for my better judgement
decided to scroll on IG real quick
and came across this post from another
who BELIEVES this BLUBBER
and CRIES for a LOVE that she BELIEVES she had
that wasn't even HEALTHY - that relationship was straight sad
(( Im not judging - Im just telling it like it is in this reality dish))
and here comes the Martyr -- victimized and left hung and dry by her lover
that is no longer
and the pain she weeps
is of a man
that she perceives
that is no longer with she
but the man she thinks
and mourns for
never existed
its the LOVE she is crying for in her crave
not realizing this is her from
her
not him
unhealthy distortions of thinking and feeling will only grow and intensify
if you refuse to look
within
for your alchemy
your medicine
your remedy
NOW that shit is everything !!!
SO mote it be
