I know we can't help ourselves at times

foot in the mouth disease of all time

hurting everybody 

hurting ourselves in the process

Let us Breathe before we speak so that we may give ourselves a moment to actually think and hear what we are about to say - before we actually say it - and really think about what is good for the entire WHOLE ??? 

Where is your compassion ?

Always be the change you desire to see in this world and even when you funk shit up  yourself - 

forgive yourself
