Yup - endangered because their one camouflaging defense is also  their weakness - so when they are confronted - instead of dashing off - they instead, freeze up - making them easier targets to be captured or worse case - hunted :( 

It is believed these cats should not be kept as pets - but hey you never really know 

I am more than sure these kitties can find nice domesticated homes that CAN work for them 

It should probably be a home with a lot of land since these are solitary creatures
