Is having anger really a bad thing? 

It is an energy most real and must be TRANSMUTED into something that is workable for ourselves 

COMMUNICATION must be RELEARNED 

people we need to learn to better POSITIVELY & PRODUCTIVELY express ourselves 

expressing ourselves in a way that proves to serve us as a tool for 

GROWTH 

Awareness is futile to our
eco loving environments
the fact that many do not even wanting to dress apart their own parts is quite frightening

knowing our FEELINGS are sure as hell one scary ride of a
high
lows
all these energetic seeds we plant and sow
all truly meant for us to CHECK in and be a part
 of the occasionS
no matter the energetic feeling sensations we are met with

if we ALLOW ourselves to FEEL 
from the start
by keeping it
real at the wheel

Or would you rather live out

Like does it really make someone feel all good inside to be all snippy

and attacky with others in this world whom happen to inhabitant this planet too?

cowards are we?

when we easily choose to deceive

Never feel ASHAMED

 refusing to admit ones FEELINGS

refusing to OWN up to how something makes us FEEL

rejection FEELS real

feeding inner fear(s) 
 inappropriately misguiding the built up energy of anger 

existing inside

with rage
taking center stage
pointing our fingers
Many blame

everyone else 

misdirection

I see it all the time 

person A is upset with person B 

internally person A screams at person B 

and then person C comes strolling along 

and person A manages to find a snide way most time 

to take out their own frustrations onto Person C

like seriously what is that all about ?

like speak your mind
or forever hold your
PEACE

or better yet
try directing your frustrations appropriately

DID you KNOW? 
Did you know that if you decided to WAIT 3 FULL days to express yourself  when FEELING angered by someone else before expressing that load of built up aggression - you give yourself ample time to pull yourself together with BALANCE - PEACE &CLARITY allowing for a  much more smoother and healthier transmission of your expressions to be heard / felt / expressed - and a HIGHER CHANCE of having a most POSITIVE / HEALTHIEST of outcomes <<< at least for yourself - because it is your SELF that counts here - you are in CHARGE of your entire

  WELL BEING

Natural habitats tarnished by

I mean I thought what's inside is what counts 

I mean what in the world is this meaning all about 

leaving me to ponder this incredible statement 

should I hold tight to the obvious?

I mean the obvious being that without our muscles, tissues, organs and all that inner existing good stuff these bodies we use and operate in as our earthly vessels would not function 

AT ALL 

So is this what it means that what's on the inside that counts? 

I mean YES

It has taken me well over 30 years to come to this place of  inner peace and sanctuary 

especially from this world of politics

meant to funk you up 

mind 

body 

heart

soul 

It feels good to wake up and go to sleep having made 

PEACE 

with every part of myself that I have already shred down to size and hand fed to the wolves myself

There is no sense in beating ourselves up constantly over our own mistakes / hang ups / funk ups 

 ( and many of our own lashings are definitely influenced to us by the worldly world around us and our conditioning -) 

misguided so much so 

  we continue to react violently & unloving to ourselves 

by learning 

growing 

evolving 

into our very own harshest and worst silent of critics

bullies

tyrants 

MONSTERS

walking around this shared planet of ours 

constantly kicking ourselves in the arse

reliving moments over and over everyday 

moments that  have long passed 

AWAY

up up and away 

choices 

experiences

hang ups

life woes

all of these kind of life experiences

taking their toll

on 

our 

Mind 

Body

Heart

&

Soul 

Let me tell you 

It feels mighty good 

to FEEL 

this way 

in all my own imperfections 

I have grown to LOVE me in every possible way 

to have made 

PEACE with my inner

MONSTERS

whom would love nothing more than to continue plaguing my soul 

letting my monsters go 

letting monsters

KNOW 

no longer will I play their way

Sure I have funked up royally in my life 

sure I have gone down plenty of road could of done without traveling 

 sure I have allowed myself to dim my own shine 

feeling myself unworthy

We are all WORTHY
