Train Ride Chants - Balance

Learning what keeps us balanced is a lifelong practice that we must continuously strive at maintaining. It is part of our journey and discovery. We only kid ourselves when we believe for one second that something that applies for us today will necessarily apply later on for ourselves. We must learn to not be so rigid in our own views creating friction and blocks to our own growth and evolutionary process. 

This entire year has been me finding my own balance with providing healing services in whichever way they are needed without depleting my own energy fields and health. Let me tell you it has not been easy. But it is necessary. I can not be of service to anyone if I can not function for myself.

Creating and setting boundaries with others is a healthy dosage of practice we must learn to instill in our lives.

Never FEEL bad for not being able to help another in the way that you desire to help them ...

(some people may not even realize what they are energetically doing - but oh boiii there are MANY who do realize what they are doing - and those sneaky arses need to be avoided at all cost) 

Not everyone will RECEIVE you in the way that you would HOPE to be received...

Remember not to take that too personally..

Use what you SEE as your ticket to UNDERSTANDING and further EVOLVING on your BEAUTIFUL soul journey...

You can NOT be of SERVICE to others by ALLOWING your ENERGY and SERVICE to be sucked dry right out from under you...
