It is believed that we hurt those we love the most ..

I believe I know why ...

because those we love & love us expect a love that is reciprocal ~ the same as one gives ...

but here is the thing .. 

Love is individualized ..

When your love is complete within yourself it makes it rather difficult for another to "hurt" you ..

because love is all about understanding & compassion ..

& when you lack compassion you lack understanding !
