My allergies have been attacking me all day..

On that Note...

Did you Know :

I have been sucking on oranges all day amongst other self help things that I do to make me feel better....

and I must say that these oranges that I have been eating are all super yummy...

Instead of popping an allergy pill I would much rather try to feel better all on my own while assisting my immune system back to feeling in tip top shape...

and I must say...

That today may have been a sicky dopey feeling type of day but right NOW at this moment I am feeling like 1000% better and I know that by tomorrow morning when I wake up I should be feeling PUMPED up :)

I know it is easy to want to try to relieve your feeling shitty with some over the counter medication that only really MASKS your ailments and further weakens your immune system...

Fight the urge to MASK and STRENGTHEN your own IMMUNITY...
