Inner Calling

It is important to pay attention to what our bodies and feelings are signaling to us. In our paying attention we are met with TRUTH, and in this TRUTH we must learn to HONOR our bodies/ spirit / and peace of mind callings... SILENCE is ESSENTIAL & it doesn't mean that we are shifting off or being negative .. For this is far from the TRUTH! This is our GOLDEN OPPORTUNITIES to hear our souls yearning / cries / wisdom / knowledge helping us to GAIN a better image / sense of ourselves ...

Yesterday was a day of SILENCE for me and much deep inner reflections ... We can call this our SHADOW SELF .. My mood as silent as it may have seemed was geared toward REFLECTION & LISTENING ...

For I do LISTEN..

And not only do I SEE, I HEAR!!!!!

Silence is a way to clear blockages and GAIN INSIGHT that if we didn't honor ourselves with this time, we might be foolish enough to miss our inner call......
