aLoHa .. savoring this sunlight while Highlighting to myself how it feels superbly  good to be feeling on myself like this ((you know these self loving to me reigns)) because this part of my wholeness Which lets out these can’t be mistaken vibrations is part of my wellness care package & responsibility to myself. I know sharing this planet with others Is not & I repeat <> the easiest thing to do and how easily we can forget  sometimes to tend to our own lawn when we get so caught up in dealing with others  whom too must tend to their own lawn but still sometimes  may trigger us to feel some type of lower vibrational way which is the opposite of self love towards self. But in truth, let’s stop taking others actions towards us so personally and realize that their treatment towards others is a mere reflection of their own current state of conditioning. Realizing this, is like WOW!  It takes a lot of the pressure off of me .. especially when i am as sensitive and empathic as can be. Yet, MINDFUL is me in every wave of reign. I am responsible & accountable for making me feel WHOLE — this self loving is not some phase — it has been a lifetime of constant work that is #WORTH every ounce of whole I do feel and this my friends is everything surreal.
