i know the once upon a time victim mindset in me 

and the once upon a time previously abused and suppressed in all kinds of ways has found myself purely out of <<< unhealthy>>>  habit constantly apologizing 

Awareness on this bad habit has driven me insane to correct everyday me apologizing for existing  

I have gotten better at stopping myself from apologizing when I do not need to be apologizing 

although this text reference does not imply such an apology - I do find that it is necessary to share - because there are so many out there apologizing unnecessarily - you know whom you are

no more of that stunting of growth is allowed either
