The biggest knock downs we ever experience in this life when all is said and done is the knocking down we constantly without reason do to ourselves. We feed the reasons behind the beat downs but the reasons come from external stimuli that dominates and navigates the perceived playing field we inhabit on these 3D lands.
In more simplistic terms .. we kick our own asses due to these comparisons and belief systems we think life should look like and be like .. based off the world we are told to view this life like.. our beat downs, not nice at all.. The beat downs is an energy of toxicity conditioned into our #psyche & often #times rides on #strong and rooted while remaining oblivious and goes by with constant triggers and still often times the root of the cause goes unnoticed/ never identified.
So many conditioned #behaviors we many times do not even realize we carry, hold onto as #our own and actively #act out and do and many times it’s more so out of #habit and conditioning then out of truth and #self alignment. The #energetic harm these levels of lacking in #awareness can cause and create toxic crap so often many willingly feed unto themselves (((absentmindedly / asleep some might say)))) and by doing this so many keep the death trap cycle, cycling.
Like, what’s that all about ?
Our time has come to paradigm shift ourselves ALIGNED & call back our own power at this time and check our alignment centers CONSTANTLY and make sure we are marinating the right kind of ALIGNMENT OF things that nourish and fill our mind, body, #heart, soul and #spirit with healthy #waves of reign.
