I’ve been seeing posts with this message all over my IG feed. So many of the accounts I follow are taking a break from social media and even from their business to reset, recharge, regroup and recover. This Mercury Rx has been brutal y’all. It isn’t just Mercury Rx but also clashing if Saturn and Mars. They keep doing this very challenging dance with each other that’s leaving a lot of us feeling agitated, frustrated, drained and low in energy, disoriented and I’ve even had a few clients tell me they feel “lifeless”. Mars rules action and movement of the body and Lord Saturn rules restrictions/constrictions. Mars is trying to make moves while Saturn blocks and challenges his actions and moment. Saturn is forcing Mars to sit down and rethink his actions. Mars ain’t much of a thinker, he’s a doer. He’s the one who jumps and figures it on the way down. So you can imagine how we are being affected by this battle. Feeling drained within our bodies come from Mars constantly hitting this wall with Saturn. Both Saturn and Mercury have slowed down our forward moment physically and mentally which is why so many of us are feeling mentally and physically drained with foggy minds. Mars rules the the head therefor those of use with strong Mars on our chart are most likely experiencing migraines and tension headaches. What I’ve chosen to do for myself during this cycle is stay away from alcohol until this is all over. I’ve taken a break from the heavy load of work I was trying to push forward since this energy just isn’t letting me move how I want to. I’m feeling very restricted and that’s triggering a lot of frustrating feelings. So instead, I’m just going to child and weather this storm. My chart is ruled by Mars so I’m feeling this on every inch of my body. It is best to weather this storm y’all. Surrender to this weather and take it easy. The more you move the more drained you’ll feel. The more you try to do the more you’ll feel Saturn’s restrictions. It is best to surrender to and find stillness. Im pulling away from social media for a bit and letting y’all know I’m “temporarily closed for spiritual and physical maintenance.” Blessings, Jess 🌱
