Facing. A darkness (even one of self making) can be frightening and a daunting experience. It can also be truly exhilarating and an important step on your way to becoming whole and complete, that is, one who acknowledges the LIGHT & DARK aspects of your psyche. So take a look at the parts of yourself that have been neglected for a long time, dust them off, and give them a little TLC and polish. Things may always return to the shadows, but it's super important to bring them out and acknowledge them first.
